How to Make Crepes

Dessert doesn't have to be a complicated thing. Sure, you could make a big cake, confection or something elaborate that takes a lot of planning. People like that thing, and are impressed by it.
But realize that people are generally easily impressed, and it will take far less than stuff like this to have people praising your skills in the kitchen.

The Crêpe is essentially a pancake, but the way it's presented separates it at least from what I consider a pancakes. It's thinner, it's made of more eggs, and it's served in a slightly different way.

Read on for how to make Crepes!
I was over at my sister's place, and we wanted to make a simple dessert, after a rather decent meal of sushi.

From the point where you crack the first egg to the point where you serve the crepe, this should take no more than five minutes. Obviously depending on how many you make. The recipe doesn't require a lot either, and you can customize the crepe to your liking.

This recipe is made up of 3 eggs, 3 table spoons of wheat flour and some milk, mix thoroughly together. No sugar needed, the jam or chocolate sauce will be sweet enough for the entire dessert. Use butter in the pan, try to make the crepe as thin as possible. Berries, jam, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, honey, syrup, peppermint leaves, cinnamon, fresh fruit, you know this...

A lot thinner than your usual pancake mix
Make it as thin and delicate as possible.
Blackberries
Whipped cream without sugar. Not home made.
Chocolate topping sauce. Not home made -_-

Enjoy!
