Summer burger

Most people are aware how easy it is to make a burger, and  I like the fact that you can put basically anything into the burger. Both between the bread, and inside the actual burger mixture. Summer is the season for barbecue and burgers. Here's one way to do it...


Basically a variation of  my previous recipe for burgers, you can see the minced beef, salt, egg, flour. The spring onion is a  new touch. I've also come to really appreciate the chili sauce from Heinz. It's one of the few pre-fabricated items I just can't make better myself. I use this sauce both as it is, and as an ingredient for other sauces. Anyway, enjoy your summer!
